Conference

‘We are thrilled to announce the first fully dedicated conference to the topic of fonts and artificial intelligence. The idea for this conference was born in one of the panels of our Font Business conference earlier this year, and so we’ve decided to make it happen! We will spend 2 days looking at how AI can impact the world of type, from theory to AI models to practical implementations. We will hear about community concerns, discuss the legality and ethics of AI training models, and examine the threats and opportunities that AI represents.’

Pre-Conference Online Workshop: Coding for Glyphs with ChatGPT & Co

Wednesday, 22 October 2025 (pre-conference)
14:30–16:30 London time (15:30–17:30 CET, 9:30–11:30 New York)

Coding and debugging for Glyphs has gotten tremendously easier with the advent of capable A.I. chat interfaces. In this 2-hour workshop, we will explore a method of developing valid code for automating Glyphs with a handful of examples. Plus: what to do if things don’t always go the way we want.
