Learn how to discover unique shapes and hidden functionality from unexpected sources, translate them into abstract forms, and use them to create your own typeface.
This hands-on workshop will guide you through starting a typeface from scratch. We’ll focus primarily on sketching ideas, exploring form, and developing the first version of a font, emphasising form-finding, experimentation, and creativity.
