ILT Academy: Color Fonts
Learn how to create all major color font formats in Glyphs in this two-day workshop with Rainer Scheichelbauer.
Topics covered include:
- COLR/CPAL (including a sneak peek into COLRv1)
- SVG
- sbix
- layered fonts
…their potentials and their limits, how to prepare a design for multiple formats, and which formats work in which environment. Recommended reading: the color font tutorials on the Glyphs website (not mandatory, but you’ll get more out of the workshop if you prepare).
