WORKSHOP CURRICULUM
The workshop is split into two days of 4-hour sessions, giving you the time to comprehend the tons of information and materials.
Day 1:
- Building your parametric framework through guided experimentation
- Explore parametric design space concepts and style module principles
- Develop and manage key parameters within individual style modules
- Create your first style module with personalized feedback on selected letterforms
- Integrate multiple style modules into a cohesive parametric design space
- Refine results and troubleshoot common interpolation challenges
Day 2:
- Integrating strokes and outlines into complex typographic shapes
- Master local design space concepts for parametric components in Glyphs
- Create and implement outline components for enhanced design flexibility
- Interpolate outline components together with stroke base
