Saturday workshop: Glyphs Magic

Glyphs Magic shows you the best tips and tricks in Glyphs 3 for getting started in font creation and making your design experience more fun. This day of Glyphs Magic will take you through:

setting up a variable font,
efficiently reusing shapes,
installing and using plug-ins and scripts,
applying shape effects non-destructively,

… and more tricks that will save you time every day. A unique chance for all local graphic, lettering and type designers to learn all the classic and new features in Glyphs 3.

On this Glyphs Pro day, we will go through three topics:

Interpolation: best practices, finding & fixing problems
Kerning: methodology, avoiding mistakes, automating kerning
PostScript hinting: make your fonts crisp in Adobe apps
