In October, Glyphs team member Rainer Erich Scheichelbauer will be visiting the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur for the first time, for an event series called ‘Game of Glyphs’: Don’t miss his tour-de-force talk and the first-ever Glyphs workshop in Malaysia!
Participants receive an extended trial license and can purchase their own full license at a discount.

Learn the answer to this question in this fun lecture, plus: why typefaces have become much better in recent years, whether you can have animations and play games with fonts, what variable fonts are, and what they can do for you.

Workshop: Glyphs Magic Day
Make your own fonts with the Glyphs font editor: You will create two fonts of your own and have a lot of fun getting to know the software!
Learn how to:
- create a variable font from scratch
- animate your font in a web browser
- digitise your own handwriting
- efficiently reuse shapes with components
- put your own selfie into your font
- put a color symbol into your font
- produce font variations by applying effect filters
- find and apply useful app extensions
- test your font in Adobe apps and web browsers
