In this two-day coding course, you will learn all about vibe coding and how you can connect it to your Glyphs workflow:
From ‘oh no’ to pro in a day: we start by learning the basics of coding with Python, understanding what a variable is, a loop, flow control, a function, a class. It’s easier than you think. Building on this, we will learn how to make the most of our precious AI tokens and prompt your favourite LLM to produce neat Glyphs scripts and plug-ins.
Weekend course: Vibe Coding
September 12 & 13, 2–7pm UK time
On Saturday, you will get a Python crash course and learn the basics of coding: words like objects, variables, loops, flow control and functions will be no strangers to you anymore. It is easier than you think, and there is plenty of time to go slow and repeat everything at least twice.
On Sunday, we will switch to prompting AI for code generation: with the basics learned on the first day, you will know what to ask for, how to debug and get the most out of your tokens.
